The Galley Restaurant is delighted to bring you a New Menu and a new Executive Chef.

Executive Chef Chad Combs has over 20 years experience, working in some of Nashville’s hippest restaurants, and catering posh private parties including the Country Music Awards. Having grown up in the Upper Cumberland and getting his start in various local restaurants such as Spankie’s, Crawdaddy’s and Dipsy Doodle, in recent years his talents found their way back home.  Currently he is the owner/operator of The Rosebud Café at The Appalachian Center for Crafts.  With students gone for the summer, Chad was intrigued with the idea of sharing his talents with The Galley to bring quality, excellence and consistency to our food and atmosphere.  We can’t wait to have you here all summer enjoying the great food, service and ambiance.  Relax on our deck, or sidle up to our bar for a cold Calfkiller beer. We have no doubt you will want to make us your favorite spot on the lake this summer!


Advance reservations are strongly recommended for the dinner hour Friday Saturday AND especially Sunday evening.  Our management makes a sincere effort to prepare an adequate amount of every item each weekend.  We want you to enjoy choosing from every entrée.  Without reservations, we can only speculate.
